To open an account in a company name, fill in the blank fields in the form below and then click submit. Fields with an * are required all others are optional. Once you submit the form the information will be sent to a licensed advisor to pre-fill an application on your behalf. The application will then be posted to you for signing.

You will also be sent an additional email from StoneBridge Group which will include a copy of our Financial Services Guide (FSG) and Product Disclosure Statements (PDS). These should be read and understood before signing the application forms which you'll receive in the post.
