To open an account in a Trust or Superannuation name, fill in the blank fields in the form below and then click submit, Once complete you will be directed to complete additional information about the Trustee. Fields with an * are required all others are optional. Once you submit the form the information will be sent to a licensed advisor to pre-fill an application on your behalf. The application will then be posted to you for signing.

You will also be sent an additional email from StoneBridge Group which will include a copy of our Financial Services Guide (FSG) and Product Disclosure Statements (PDS). These should be read and understood before signing the application forms which you'll receive in the post.

We will require a certified copy of your Trust Deed and any amendments and also certified identification of either the indidviduals (if Trustee is an individual) or of the the directors (if Trustee is a corporation).
